Comments: The center of Tikal grew up around the North Acropolis.
The Great Plaza area was completed between 695 and 734 AD, when
the ruler Jasaw Chaan K'awiil I (682-734 AD) established a "3 Stone
Place" - cosmological representation of the center of the Universe.
